So, I thought today I'd try a pattern roundup for the first time and spread a little crochet love. I love crocheted Easter egg cozies, and the internet is filled with some great ones. All these patterns are available for free online as of the date of this posting. Both patterns and their pictures are the property of their respective blog owners. I don't own any of them. Click on the name to follow the link and view the pattern, and don't be afraid to stick around and explore the rest of the blogs.
Twinkie Chan has a style all of her own and her cactus egg cozies don't disappoint. I love that she leaves room for all sorts of variations.
Lindsey at Winding Road Crochet designed these adorable carrot egg cozies that would look great as part of an Easter dinner table setting. Also includes a basic cozy pattern.
This was my first visit to this blog. I love the details on these chicks! Aren't they sweet?
These make me smile. A lot. I wish I'd thought of them. The pattern is available in German and English.
Lionbrand yarn has this lovely lamb available on their website for free.
There's nothing wrong with a basic bunny. I thought that Darn Cosy was a brilliant name for this pattern; then I realized it was the name of her whole blog and I liked it even more. The designer's name is Kez and the pattern is written in UK terminology.
What do you think? Did I miss any fantastic free patterns? Feel free to drop your links in the comments if you have a cozy pattern you prefer. And don't worry, I'll be stitching up some new cozies of my own soon!
