Free crochet amigurumi pattern: Little House-Mouse


Little House-Mouse
Worsted Weight Yarn Colors:
Gray-one skein or less
Black and beige-small amounts

Other Supplies:
F/5 (3.75 MM) crochet hook
Yarn or tapestry needle
Scissors
Stitchmarkers
Polyester Fiberfill
Ears
Use gray. Make 2.
Rnd 1: Sc 6 in magic ring OR Ch 2, Sc 6 in 2nd ch from hook
Rnd 2: Inc 6 (12 sts)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Head
Use gray yarn.
Rnd 1: Sc 6 in magic ring OR Ch 2, Sc 6 in 2nd ch from hook
Rnd 2: (Inc, Sc 1) rep 3 times (9 sts)
Rnd 3:  Sc 9 (9 sts)
Rnd 4: (Inc, Sc 2) rep 3 times (12 sts)
Rnd 5: (Inc, Sc 3) rep 3 times (15 sts)
Rnd 6: (Inc, Sc 4) rep 3 times (18 sts)
Rnds 7-8: Sc 18 (18 sts)
Rnd 9: (Dec, Sc 1) rep 6 times(12 sts)
Stuff. Sew on ears and use black yarn to make French knot eyes.
Rnd 10: Dec 6 (6 sts)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Arms
Rnd 1: Sc 4 in magic ring OR Ch 2, Sc 4 in 2nd ch from hook
Rnds 2-3: Sc 4 (4 sts)
Rnd 4: (Inc, Sc) rep 2 times (6 sts)
Rnd 5: (Dec, Sc) rep 2 times (4 sts)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Feet
Use gray yarn and make 2.
Rnd 1: Sc 6 in magic ring OR Ch 2, Sc 6 in 2nd ch from hook
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Body
Use gray yarn.
Rnd 1: Sc 6 in magic ring OR Ch 2, Sc 6 in 2nd ch from hook
Rnd 2: Inc 6 (12 sts)
Rnd 3: (Inc, Sc 2) rep 4 times (16 sts)
Rnds 4-6: Sc 16 (16 sts)
Rnd 7: (Dec, Sc 2) rep 4 times (12 sts)
Rnd 8: (Dec, Sc) rep 4 times (8 sts)

Fasten off and weave in ends, leaving the piece open.  Sew the feet to the bottom of the body (the closed end).  For the tail, knot the end of a strand of beige yarn and thread it, from the inside of the body to the outside, leaving the knot in the body.  Sew an arm to either side of the body.  Stuff the piece and then sew the head to the opening at the top of the body to finish your mouse.
